ACCOUNTING OFFICERS (2 Positions)

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or currently pursuing ACCA.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must.
  • At least 3 years working experience in financial sector
  • Computer literate – MS Applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have team spirit and able to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Honest, meticulous and responsible individual



BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS (3 Positions)

Requirements:

  • Final year or Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written Chinese an advantage
  • Experience in insurance/banking an advantage.
  • Practical working experience in a business driven culture and customer service oriented atmosphere.
  • Good understanding of local market, people and culture.
  • Computer literate – MS Applications.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Ability to travel within Cambodia.

CLAIMS OFFICERS (3 Positions)

Duties:

§  Review the claims documents submitted by the clients and prepare them in order for further review by the Senior Claims Officer;
§  Register the claim in the IMS;
§  Communicate with the Account handlers, Agents, Brokers, or clients to get further information and documents;
§  Make payment request for clients and third party;
§  Draft the correspondences to clients;
§  Negotiate the price with the suppliers; and
§  Perform other administrative work, if required.

Requirements:
§  Bachelor degree in Law or any related fields;
§  Have at least 1-year experiences in claims handling or any other related fields;
§  Have good knowledge of nature of insurance business;
§  Be a fast learner and eager to learn new things;
§  Have good command in English and Chinese/another language
§  Good negotiation and inter-personal skills;
§  Be a detail-oriented person;
§  Good communication skills;
§  High integrity and honesty;
§  Willing to work in challenging environment and outside of standard work hours;
§Good computer skills (Ms. Office, internet and email etc.)


DATA INPUT OFFICERS (3 Positions)

Requirements

  • Final year or Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written Chinese an advantage.
  • Computer literate – MS Applications.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Meticulous and a keen eye for details.
  • Neat in presentation and office work skills.



CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS (11 Positions)
Duties:

  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Provide basic solutions to the customers

Requirements:
  • University student or graduate in any field
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written Chinese an advantage
  • Working experience in the related field an advantage
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong presentation skills

CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICERS (2 Positions)
Duties:

  • Greeting walking in customers and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.

Requirements:
  • University student or graduate in any field
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written Chinese an advantage
  • Working experience in the related field an advantage
  • Knowledge of customer principles and practices
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Keen eye for details
  • Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility

IT PROGRAMMING OFFICERS (2 Positions)

Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must.
  • Knowledge & experience of Database design, Database system, SQL Server, T-SQL, Programming, VB.Net, and Java.
  • Knowledge of Crystal Report, Oracle Database advantage
  • Create and maintain reports that allow the company to get information on daily business activities
  • Perform coding for technical specification
  • Able to analyze and investigate problems that have been reported by user and document the results of their investigation(s)
  • Able to perform maintenance of programs and correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process
  • Investigation and suggestion of solutions to problems
  • Quick learner & able to take instruction well from Supervisor & Manager



RISK SURVEYORS (3 Positions)

Requirements
  • Final year or university degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must.
  • Computer literate – MS Applications.
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
  • Ability to travel within Cambodia.
