CLAIMS OFFICER (2 Positions)
Requirements
- Final year or Bachelor Degree in any field
- Language proficiency in spoken English a must.
- Language proficiency in spoken Chinese a must.
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Having excellent communication skills.
- Having soft, confident and trustworthy tone.
- Having a clear telephone voice.
- Being able to work independently.
- Having a desire to help others.
- Being flexible and adaptable.
- Having teamwork skills.
- Being able to deal with all types of people.
CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICERS (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- University student or Bachelor Degree in any field
- Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must
- Language proficiency in spoken & written Chinese an advantage
- Working experience in the related field an advantage
- Knowledge of customer principles and practices
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong presentation skills
- Keen eye for details
- Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility
RISK SURVEYORS (3 Positions)
Requirements
- Final year or university degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Water Resource Engineering.
- Language proficiency in spoken & written English a must.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of trade hazards in relation to Property and Casualty risks an advantage.
- Proficient use of computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and result oriented person.
- Ability to travel within Cambodia.
