Visak Bochea Day is the most holiest day in Buddhism celebrations. God Buddha was born, attained enlightenment, and passed away in the same full moon day of the 6th month of Lunar calendar (normally in May).

In Phnom Penh, most teenagers don't care about and it is not famous as another religion festival day such Halloween Day because they mostly study foreign language in their academy, so they are easy to adapt to the western culture.  

Cambodia is holding Buddhas as a nation religion, government is set Visak Bochea Day as a national holiday, all public sectors are closed, though some private sectors might be working. On that day, Buddhist bringing foods to the monks in their village pagodas and praying for happiness.

SENIOR CLAIMS OFFICERS (Auto/Motor Claims- 2 Positions)


Main responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Claims Department, the Senior Claims Officer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze Auto/Motor claims based on the facts and the Cambodia Road Traffic Law to determine the extent of Insurer’s liability; 
  • Provide guidance to Claims Surveyors on how to settle the claims at the site;
  • Examine the claim documents prepared by the Claims Officers and submit them for approval from the Head of Claims Department;
  • Communicate with all relevant parties including the Account Handlers, Agents, Brokers, or clients to facilitate the claim settlement process;
  • Contribute to and assist in the implementation of a wide range of initiatives, strategies and action plans brought forth by the Head of Claims Department;
  • Attend the meeting with clients, third parties and other legal proceedings; and
  • Perform other administrative work, if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Law or any related fields
  • Possess at least 2-year working experiences in claims handling or other related fields
  • Have strong knowledge in Cambodia Road Traffic Law
  • Have good command in English language and Chinese/another language
  • Have strong understanding of claims handling – has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job;
  • Intelligent – is bright and can deal with concepts and complexity comfortably;

Otters belong to another group of animals, the mustelids. This word comes from the Latin, and means "weasel." Otter members of this family of animals include weasels, skunks, and badgers. They are all short-legged, have thick coats of fur and sharp, tearing teeth, and are carnivorous or meat-eating mammals.

Otters love water, and their webbed feet, thick tails, and dense fur make them well-suited for life in the water. Two kinds of otters are found in and around North America. One is a fresh-water otter; the other is a sea otter.

The home of the fresh-water otter is usually a hole dug into the bank of a stream or lake. The hole leads to a den lined with leaves. Here, the young, usually two or three, are born in late winter or early spring. Before the young can swim, the mother sometimes carries them about on her back in the water and feeds them milk.

But the young learn very quickly to swim themselves. Their parents teach them to dive and to catch the fish on which they feed. Soon the cubs are able to stay underwater for as long as four minutes.

Sea otters are larger and heavier than fresh-water otters. Their thick fur is dark brown with white at the tips and has a frosted appearance. They have white whiskers from which they get the nickname, the "old men of the sea."

ក្រោយការបញ្ជាបាញ់មីស៊ីលរបស់ដូណាល់ត្រាំ ស្របពេលជាមួយនឹងខែចេត្រក្តៅខ្លាំងផងដែលជារដូវចូលឆ្នាំ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមួយចំនួន​បានកំពុងតែជួបប្រទះនឹងវិបត្តិហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។

យោងតាមព័ត៌មាន​មិនច្បាស់ការណ៍ បានឲ្យដឹងថាប្រជាជនខ្មែរមួយចំនួន​កំពុង​តែត្អូញត្អែ ពីទុក្ខកង្វល់របស់​ខ្លួន​ទៅលើប្រាក់កាសចាយវាយ​ក្នុងរដូវចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរថ្មីៗខាងមុខនេះ ដែលជារដូវក្តៅខ្លាំងដែលគ្រប់គ្នាស្គាល់ថា​ជាខែចេត្រ ស្របពេលដែលពិភពលោកកំពុងតែក្តៅគគក់របស់មហាអំណាចខាងសេរី និង ខាងផ្តាច់ការទាំងពីរ​ទៅលើ បញ្ហា នៅស៊េរី និង កូរ៉េខាងត្បូង ដែលក្នុងនោះដែរ​មាន អាមេរិក អ៊ីរ៉ង់ រូស្សី ចិនជាដើម។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ អូស្ត្រាលីក៏បាននឹងកំពុងតែពង្រឹងវិស័យការពារជាតិ​ទៅលើអាវុធទំនើបៗ​បំពាក់ដោយនុយក្លេអ៊ែផងដែរ។

ការតម្អូញនេះបានធ្វើឡើង​នៅលើវាចារណ៍​នៅលើទំព័រ Facebook របស់ពួកគេ។ ពួកគេបានបង្ហាញពីអារម្មណ៍ពិត​ដែលធ្វើឲ្យ admin ពេញចិត្តស្តូក ព្រោះថាក្នុងនោះក៏មានadmin ម្នាក់ផងដែរ។
